  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Pour over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
