Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed bananas, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.
  3. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
