  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in flour, salt, and pepper to create a roux.
