Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti or pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer; then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
