  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Pour over the beef and broccoli.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve immediately.
