  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the chicken, onion, carrots, and celery.
  3. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. Add the orzo and cook until al dente.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice and dill, then season with salt and pepper.
