9 sheets gluten-free lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 pound chicken ham, diced
2 cups marinara sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the gluten-free lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer three lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the cheese and meat mixture, and another layer of sauce.
Repeat the layers, ending with noodles on top and the remaining marinara sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, replace turkey bacon and chicken ham with sautéed vegetables.
