  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, spices, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, molasses, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until just combined.
  6. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
  7. Roll dough into balls and coat them in powdered sugar.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
