A delicious and easy recipe for fried rice featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken ham and peas, cooking until heated through.
  5. Push the mixture to one side and scramble the eggs on the other side.
  6. Combine rice, turkey bacon, and soy sauce, stirring well to mix.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sesame oil.
  • Use leftover rice for best results.
