- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in some grated Parmesan cheese with the ricotta.
- These shells can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
