2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 package stuffing mix
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, celery, onion, turkey bacon, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
If using, sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
