Easy Hobo Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make hobo casserole featuring turkey bacon and beef.

  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 cups chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon until browned.
  3. Add potatoes, onions, and mixed vegetables to the skillet.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and seasonings.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
