Easy Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings Recipe

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 2 cups biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and easy to shred.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and drop them on top of the mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked through.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
