  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken, cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and soy sauce, stir-fry for an additional 4-5 minutes.
