2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup rice, uncooked
2 cups broccoli florets
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, uncooked rice, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the top is golden.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using cooked seasoned chicken.
This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
