- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers and onions; sauté until soft.
- Stir in the chicken, chili powder, cumin, and salt; cook until heated through.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheese on one half, add the chicken mixture, then fold the tortilla over.

- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
