Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Deliciously creamy and cheesy scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham make this dish a delightful meal.

  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, preferably cheddar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. Layer half of the cheese on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the cream mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
