- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by half of the chicken ham and half of the turkey bacon.
- Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the milk over the top and dot with butter.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Notes
