Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by half of the chicken ham and half of the turkey bacon.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Pour the milk over the top and dot with butter.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add more cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  • Let the dish sit for 10 minutes before serving for better slicing.
