Easy Cheesy Ground Beef Enchiladas

A delicious and simple recipe for cheesy ground beef enchiladas that your family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef, onion, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  3. Stir in half of the enchilada sauce.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, roll, and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas and top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle jalapeños on top before baking.
  • Feel free to use turkey or chicken instead of beef.
