- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- Pour the warm water into the bread machine pan.
- Add the olive oil, salt, and sugar.
- Gently add the flour, cheese, herbs, and yeast in that order.
- Set the bread machine to the dough setting and start.
