- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound spaghetti
