1 pound penne pasta
4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
4 ounces chicken ham, diced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups marinara sauce
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Add the chicken ham and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top before baking.
