Easy Baked Penne combines the savory flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham, delivering a comforting meal perfect for family gatherings.

  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Add the chicken ham and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top before baking.
  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
