Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki with Rice

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a baking dish, combine rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and spread the tzatziki sauce over the chicken.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in tzatziki sauce for a few hours before baking.
