  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
