  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and coat each breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
