- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 package (1.3 oz) pie crust mix
- Place the chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add frozen peas and carrots, potatoes, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme over the top. Stir gently to combine.
