  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  5. Layer half of the zucchini slices over the sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the zucchini.
  7. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  9. Finish with a layer of marinara sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbling and golden.
