  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, and half of the Swiss cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over the top.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and remaining Swiss cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a lower fat version, you can use low-fat cheese and a lighter cream.
