Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed and fold in the raspberry puree and chopped chocolate.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the edges firm up but the centers remain soft.
