- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Let cool completely before slicing.
