  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 30 minutes.
