- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and coat them in cornstarch.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add the chicken pieces. Cook until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Pour this sauce over the cooked chicken.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, serve with toasted sesame seeds on top.
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey.
