- 1 pound carrots, sliced
- 1 pound Brussel sprouts, halved
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the carrots and Brussel sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chopped turkey bacon with the maple syrup.
- Pour the bacon and maple mixture over the vegetables and toss to combine.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through cooking.
