Creamy Tuscan Ravioli Soup

A delicious and creamy soup featuring ravioli, turkey bacon, and chicken ham, perfect for cozy nights.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package refrigerated ravioli
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. Add diced chicken ham and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in refrigerated ravioli and cook until tender.
  7. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and chopped turkey bacon.

Notes

  • This soup can be made with different types of ravioli.
  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half and half.
