- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 package refrigerated ravioli
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add diced chicken ham and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in refrigerated ravioli and cook until tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and chopped turkey bacon.
