A delicious twist on classic Tuscan chicken featuring creamy sauce and turkey bacon.

  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. Return turkey bacon to the skillet and mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
