- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped chicken ham
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon butter, for greasing
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, salt, pepper, thyme, onions, and garlic.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Add half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the layer.
- Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
