Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
