- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
