Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

A delicious creamy pasta dish with a spicy Cajun twist, featuring chicken and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink. Remove and slice.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, add Cajun seasoning and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, then add cooked pasta, chicken, and turkey bacon.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning.
  • Substitute chicken for shrimp for a different flavor.
