- 8 oz fettuccine
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink. Remove and slice.
- Pour in heavy cream, add Cajun seasoning and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, then add cooked pasta, chicken, and turkey bacon.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning.
