Crack Burgers

A delicious recipe combining turkey bacon and chicken ham for juicy crack burgers.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Once cooked, top each patty with chicken ham and cheese, if using, and cover until the cheese melts.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns and assemble the burgers with the patties, turkey bacon, and any desired toppings.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the patty mix.
