  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottoms of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and vanilla extract.
