  • 1 large head of green cabbage
  • 4 sausages (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the sausages and brown them on all sides.
  5. Slice the cabbage and add it to the pot.
  6. Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  7. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
