  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli, stirring until everything is well coated and the sauce thickens.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
