- 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
