  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef slices to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and continue to stir-fry until tender.
  6. Serve hot over rice noodles or steamed rice.

Notes
