  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and toss everything together to combine.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
