- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
