Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice.
