  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and the cooked noodles. Toss until the noodles are well coated.
  6. Slice the chicken and serve it over the buttered noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
