Cheesy garlic parmesan spaghetti and cream cheese

A deliciously creamy twist on traditional spaghetti, infused with garlic and parmesan flavors.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, mixing until smooth.
  4. Gradually add grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Fresh parsley can be used for garnish.
