Cheddar Garlic Herb Potato Soup

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
